Cadela Força - Capítulo 1: A noiva e o boa noite cinderela
At the Proximamente festival, Bianchi shares the first chapter of the work The Bride and the *good night, Cinderella, a kind of prologue, in which she narrates her studies on the tragic history that involved the last performance of Italian artist Pippa Bacca, who was murdered during the performance Brides on tour. Cadela Força will debut in 2022.

Carolina Bianchi is a Brazilian theatre director, performer and dramaturg, currently based in Amsterdam, as DAS Theatre program’s participant 20/22. Her practices lay between theatre, performance and dance and aim to interfere in the historical line and destabilize the patriarchal order – diving in phantasmagoria, historical pacts, gender crisis, colonial heritages, and eroticism as performative tools.
She is director of the collective CARA DE CAVALO (Horse’s Face) (São Paulo), with whom she created the pieces: O Tremor Magnífico (The Magnificent Tremor) (2020), LOBO (Wolf) (2018), the outdoor performance Quiero hacer el amor (I wanna make love) (2017), and the lecture performance Mata-me de Prazer (Kill me by Pleasure) (2016).
Carolina is currently working on a new piece, CADELA FORÇA, which will premiere in 2022. The first chapter - "The Bride and the *Good Night Cinderella” received support from residencies in DAS Theatre – Amsterdam/Holland, in Central Elétrica- Porto/PT, Pride Festival – Belgrade/Serbia and Próximamente/KVS – Brussel/Belgium.
