Repair Café on 12 June
EVERYTHING BROKEN? No worries, on 12 June we're organising another Repair Café. The perfect time to drop by with your rattling spokes, sputtering coffee machine or the hole in your jumper. Learning to repair together instead of throwing away? That sounds promising!
Is your bike stalled with a leaky tube or a danger to others due to faulty brakes? Is your coffee maker suspiciously noisy or your record player getting worn out? Bring them along to KVS Repair Café!
Repair Café is a place where those who are determined to repair their broken or worn objects can meet. This co-creative workshop will give you plenty of tips and tricks to enhance the life span of your beloved appliances. You’ll learn things that will benefit you for a lifetime. You’ll also learn to repair your own appliances with a helping hand and the necessary tools from volunteer handymen and -women. You might be successful, or you might not – but it’s worth a try!
Caution: repair of large appliances as well as microwave ovens, old televisions, and appliances that have short circuited or that are emitting smoke is not possible at the workshop.
