The sacredness of coming together

After the celebrated Coloured Swan trilogy, Moya Michael invites artists Camilo Mejía, Holland Andrews and Loucka Fiagan to build, shift, break, fall, sing, dance, unbuild and build again in an attempt to remember what it means to come together. Michael’s main focus is process and the dynamics between not only the artists, but also between the artists and the audience. Michael’s work is an ode to the right to interiority and opacity for black, indigenous and people of colour.

In this hybrid experience of dance, poetry, sound and visuals, we come together.
We continue moving, we were always moving.
